There is a way out — and you do not have to face this alone

If your payments are too high or the bank has already sent a letter, take a deep breath: there is still time to act. The sooner you talk to us, the more options you have. We have guided hundreds of people through a fresh start — without any judgment.
MAYBE YOU ARE GOING THROUGH THIS

You are not alone in this

Many of our clients reached the exact same point where you are now. Acknowledging the problem is the first step to a solution:
Your mortgage payments are heavier than you can handle.
You received a letter from the bank about your loan and do not know what to do.
You have multiple debts at the same time and do not know where to start.
You are afraid of losing your home in a public auction.
THE SOLUTION

Voluntary sale: selling by your own choice, not the bank's

A voluntary sale (nin-i baikyaku), selling your property by choice before it goes to auction because of missed payments. The difference is huge.
In a public auction, the property is usually sold for a low price, you have no say in the decisions, and the debt is barely reduced. In a voluntary sale, it tends to sell for more — so you are left with less debt —, you understand every step, and you keep control of your situation. We have been doing this since the 2008 global crisis, and we know both sides well.
What if your property has already gone to auction? Even so, it is worth talking to us — in many cases there is still something we can do, and we help you through that process too.
Mr. Muto often tells clients here: something is more important than the house — your family. The goal is never just to settle the debt on paper; it is to give you back your peace of mind to start over.

BUYING

Other real estate agencies treated me coldly. Ji Consulting was the opposite: they explained everything at my own pace. Today I pay almost the same as my old rent, but the house is mine.
