Buying your home in Japan is more possible than you think

We start by understanding your situation — your income, your history, your plans — and only then do we look for a property. This way, every house you visit fits your budget, and you do not chase dreams that are not realistic.

THIS IS FOR YOU

Maybe you recognize yourself here

Buying your first home often comes with many doubts and “is it possible?”. If you identify with any of these situations, talking to us can change your game:
You pay rent and feel like you are paying for someone else’s house.
You think you do not have enough income or savings for a loan.
You want to buy, but you do not know where to start.
You are worried about dealing with Japanese and contracts.
THE FIRST STEP

What you need to get started

Less than you think. For the first chat, nothing — it is free and with no commitment. If you decide to move on to the simulation, having these items ready helps a lot:
And most importantly: the willingness to talk. The rest — missing documents, paperwork, choosing the bank — we organize together with you.

🔑 Want to buy below market price?

We also help with buying court auction properties — a way to pay less, but with rules, deadlines, and risks very different from a regular purchase. As a registered store for this type of property, we help you understand if it makes sense for your case before any step. Talk to us to learn more.

BUYING

Other real estate agencies treated me coldly. Ji Consulting was the opposite: they explained everything at my own pace. Today I pay almost the same as my old rent, but the house is mine.

Amanda R.Okazaki · in her 30s
DEBT

Mr. Muto told me something I will never forget: there is something more important than the house, and that is the family. A new life began. Thank you very much.

Roberto S.Nishio · in his 40s
SELLING

We thought we would have to pay money from our own pocket to close the deal. We paid nothing and left with peace of mind. We were right to trust Ji Consulting.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Still have questions? We can help.

Yes, the first consultation is totally free with no obligation. You only pay if you decide to buy or sell a property with us—and in that case, the cost is usually covered by your housing loan.
Booking an appointment is best because we give priority to scheduled visitors. But if an agent is free, we are happy to welcome you without one.
A licensed real estate agent with over 19 years of experience in housing loans and financial planning. Koji Muto himself leads many of the consultations, sharing real experience and lessons learned from past challenges.
Between 30 and 60 minutes. We listen carefully to your situation before giving any advice.
Yes, of course. We have a small kids’ area—please feel free to bring them.
Sure. Many people come just to understand their options without having a property in mind yet. There is no pressure at all.
For a first talk, no. If you want to run a loan simulation, it helps to bring: your residence card (在留カード – *zairyu card*), health insurance card, and last year’s income certificate (源泉徴収票 – *gensen choshu hyo*) or pay slips.
Often, yes. Even people with past credit issues can get a loan when the right conditions are met. It is worth talking to us before you decide it is impossible.
